How we can help
Buying a property
When buying property, Shaw & Bunner Legal’s experienced team look after all aspects of the buying process including reviewing the contract of sale and negotiating amendments where necessary. We communicate with the vendor’s legal representatives on your behalf, order property searches, prepare transfer documents and attend settlement.
Buying a property is an exciting time and we guide you through each stage of the process – it is our goal to make your experience as stress free as possible.
Selling a property
When selling property, Shaw & Bunner Legal’s experienced team look after all aspects of the sale process including drafting the contract of sale. Once your property is sold, we prepare the appropriate documentation to discharge any mortgage over the property and liaise with any banks, real estate agents and the purchaser’s legal representatives. We also attend to settlement on your behalf.
Selling a house can be a stressful time but we will keep you updated at each stage of the process.
Pricing
Our conveyancing is undertaken on the basis of a fixed fee of $1,320.00 (inclusive of GST) for purchase or sale plus disbursements (such as certificates, searches and settlement agent).
Disbursements can vary depending on the types of enquiries required for your property and are passed on to you at cost.
